Refund Policy

At Skin Sanctuary, every product is handmade with prayer, care, and all-natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our homemade skincare products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Because our products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once orders have been processed and shipped — even though each item is produced with safety seals for protection.

We appreciate your understanding as a small, faith-based business committed to quality and integrity.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS standard shipping.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are processed and shipped every two weeks on Saturday.

Business Hours:
Skin Sanctuary is closed on Sundays in honor of God, family time, and rest.
We restock inventory on Mondays only.

Please allow processing time before your scheduled shipping date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skin Sanctuary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is marked as lost by USPS, we do not offer refunds. However, after confirmation with the carrier, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Skin Sanctuary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
